A consultancy claiming to help foreigners obtain Singapore Permanent Residency (PR) in just six months has sparked outrage online. Critics argue the advertisement is misleading and potentially fraudulent, especially the claim of securing PR status so quickly. The Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) has distanced itself from such services, warning that it carefully evaluates all PR applications and referring misleading ads to authorities for investigation.
