A Day of Excitement as Records Are Shattered and Countries Celebrate Major Victories at the Paris 2024 Olympics

The Paris 2024 Olympics saw a thrilling day of events, highlighted by significant achievements in athletics and BMX racing. Uganda’s Joshua Cheptegei triumphed in the men’s 10,000m final, setting a new Olympic record to secure the gold ahead of Ethiopia’s Berihu Aregawi and the USA’s Grant Fisher.

Meanwhile, France celebrated a remarkable victory in the men’s BMX racing final, with Joris Daudet clinching the gold. His compatriots, Sylvain André and Romain Mahieu, followed close behind, securing silver and bronze respectively, marking a clean sweep for France in this event.
