Running Lab’s Project Love Sneaker Offers $50 Voucher for Donated Shoes

Donate Old Sports Shoes for a Good Cause and Get Rewarded with a $50 Voucher

Running Lab has revived its charitable initiative, Project Love Sneaker, where customers can donate their old sports shoes and receive a $50 voucher in return. The campaign, in collaboration with SOLES4SOULS, runs throughout the month of April (from April 1 to 30, 2024), and provides a unique opportunity to give back while also receiving a reward.

To participate, simply drop off your gently used sports footwear at any of Running Lab’s outlets: Marina Square, Velocity @ Novena Square, or Tampines Mall. The donation drive accepts a wide range of sports shoes, including running shoes for both children and adults, as well as badminton court shoes, basketball shoes, and even lifestyle shoes that resemble running shoes.

However, there are some exclusions. Canvas shoes such as Vans or Converse, rubber footwear like Crocs, and shoes with spikes (e.g., football cleats, boots, or heavy-duty footwear) will not be accepted. To ensure that donated shoes are suitable for reuse, they must be clean, intact, and in relatively good condition, with original laces and insoles. Shoes that have holes in the soles or show significant wear will not be taken.

Running Lab encourages people to take a moment to clean and donate those still-usable shoes that might be gathering dust in their closets. This initiative not only helps clear out unwanted footwear but also supports a great cause, providing shoes to those in need while rewarding participants with a $50 voucher for their next purchase. It’s a win-win situation for everyone involved!
