Boustead Inks EV Deal; Camsing Healthcare Resumes Trading After 2019 Suspension
Boustead Singapore has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with a local electric vehicle solutions provider to introduce Singapore’s first battery charge and swap stations for electric motorcycles. This development may impact Boustead’s stock performance, which closed flat at S$1.03 on Wednesday before the news broke.
Meanwhile, Camsing Healthcare is resuming trading on the Singapore Exchange on Thursday after a suspension that lasted since 2019. The company announced that it met the conditions for trade resumption and completed a new investment, which involved the issuance of subscription shares and convertible bonds. Prior to the suspension, Camsing’s shares traded at S$1.07. This news could potentially drive market activity surrounding the company as trading resumes.
