Latest Developments Could Impact Their Market Performance
Several companies have seen important developments that may affect their trading on Wednesday, July 3, 2024:
Keppel: The company has streamlined its organizational structure by merging two wholly-owned subsidiaries: Keppel Fund Management (KFM) and Keppel Capital Alternative Asset. The merger aims to improve efficiency, with KFM continuing as the surviving entity. Shares of Keppel closed at S$6.36 on Tuesday, down by 1.2% or S$0.08 before the announcement.
Cromwell European Real Estate Investment Trust (Cromwell E-Reit): The Reit reported a 0.6% increase in its portfolio valuations, which rose by 13.1 million euros (S$19.1 million) as of June 2024, compared to the end of 2023. However, its manager indicated that net valuation adjustments are expected to remain flat, factoring in anticipated capital expenditure for the latest half-year period. Cromwell E-Reit’s units closed at 1.39 euros on Tuesday, down by 0.7% or 0.01 euros.
