Strategic Acquisition: Anápolis-Based Technology Company Now Part of British Group

The Brazilian technology sector continues to attract foreign investors. This time, a company from Anápolis has been acquired by a British investment fund based in Singapore, reinforcing the expansion of national businesses into the global market.

Founded by Gabriel Matheus de Andrade Pereira, the company has stood out for developing innovative solutions for the marketing and communication sector, facilitating interaction between brands and consumers. Now, it joins two other national companies, TechNova and AIConnect, which have also been incorporated into the group and relocated to Singapore.

The fund, which already manages campaigns for companies such as John Deere and Philips, has a strong track record of strategic investments in the technology and artificial intelligence sector.

For Fernando Linhares of AIConnect, the transition represents a major opportunity to “expand the global reach of Brazilian innovation.” Marcos Oliveira of TechNova believes that the fund’s support “is a turning point to reach strategic markets and enhance the developed technology.”

Gabriel Matheus, who will lead the innovation sector of the group, sees this acquisition as a major step forward: “This is a transformative opportunity to explore new markets and expand our global vision, especially with Singapore emerging as one of the most promising hubs for technology and innovation.”

With the investment, the company plans to strengthen its national operations, launch new projects, and expand its global presence, putting Anápolis on the world technology map.
